I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters in Couple and Family Therapy.

I view therapy as a safe haven where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery, learn new skills and improve your relationships.

Hi, I’m Megan

Are you struggling with your relationships or to manage your own emotions? Deep down do you know you could be happier?

I am interested in helping you.

Therapy Services

  • A person in a hoodie sitting on a dock by a calm lake, facing away, surrounded by trees during autumn.

    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you get to unpack your thoughts, vent your frustrations, and explore your feelings without judgment.

  • A woman appears upset during a therapy session with a therapist and two young women, one of whom looks distressed while sitting on a couch in a living room.

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space to focus on your relationship. We explore what is getting in the way from connection and closeness. We cultivate a sense of being a team.

  • Group of five friends standing together outdoors during sunset, with their arms around each other, overlooking a scenic landscape.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy is a team effort. We meet together with the hope of improving communication, clearing up misunderstandings, and increasing empathy.

My Approach

I am a relational therapist. I believe human connection is as essential as the air we breathe. Our interactions with others reveal who we are and can bring deep healing. I value your support network and also see the therapy relationship itself as a powerful source of change.

I’m committed to honoring diverse identities and experiences. Sex-positive and queer-affirming, I welcome all topics. I lead with compassion and curiosity to create a nurturing, nonjudgmental space.

I am also a human and I recognize the therapeutic value of humour—it's a reminder of our shared humanity.

What To Expect

I ask lots of questions! I am interested in getting to know you, understanding your experiences, your perspectives, and your hopes and dreams. I want to help you understand your relationship with both yourself and the people in your life. I do this with gentle, non-confrontational questions and curiousity.

Ultimately, my aim is for you to feel secure and supported in our sessions. I also want you to feel empowered as you navigate life's hurdles with courage and newfound skills.
